Creating Spaces That Support Well-Being

A healthy home is more than a beautiful space. The materials we live with, the quality of our indoor environment, natural light, connection to nature, and the way a space is organized can all influence how we experience our home.

My Healthy Home & Wellness services bring together principles of healthy building, biophilic design, Feng Shui, and environmental awareness to create spaces that feel more balanced, comfortable, and connected to nature.

Healthy Home Consultation

A personalized consultation focused on creating a healthier and more supportive home environment.

Depending on your needs, recommendations may include:

• Health-conscious and lower-toxicity material selections

• Natural and sustainable materials

• Indoor air quality considerations

• Lighting and circadian-friendly design strategies

• Biophilic design elements

• Furniture and finish recommendations

• Bedroom and sleep-environment considerations

Geobiological & Environmental Assessment

Our homes are influenced by environmental factors that may not always be visible or immediately noticeable.

Through a geobiological assessment, I evaluate the environment using specialized instruments to identify areas of environmental disturbance, including geopathogenic zones, and provide recommendations for balancing and harmonizing the space.

This service may be particularly valuable for bedrooms, home offices, or other spaces where you spend significant amounts of time.

Feng Shui

Feng Shui offers a thoughtful approach to understanding the relationship between people and their surroundings.

Through space analysis and intentional placement of elements, I help create environments that feel more balanced, functional, and harmonious with the people who live in them.

Feng Shui consultations may be provided as part of an interior design project or as a standalone service.

Healthy Home & Wellness

For clients who would like additional support during the renovation, I offer an optional service to help coordinate the implementation of the interior design.

This service may include:

• Reviewing the design with the contractor and relevant trades

• Answering questions related to the interior design

• Clarifying design details and specifications

• Reviewing materials, finishes, fixtures, and cabinetry for consistency with the approved design

• Periodic site visits, when applicable

• Addressing design-related questions or adjustments that may arise during the project

This service is limited to the interior design scope and does not include general contracting, construction supervision, permitting, or responsibility for the work performed by contractor or subcontractors.
